1. Agreement
By accessing clairvoyancetea.com or purchasing from Clairvoyance Tea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
Our candles, botanical perfumes, and teas are handmade in small batches. You may notice natural variation in color, scent strength, burn behavior, and botanical appearance between batches. This is the mark of the handmade, not a defect. Product descriptions, correspondences, and ritual suggestions are provided in good faith, and scent throw, burn time, and flavor notes are approximate.
3. Spiritual Entertainment
Tarot readings, Oracle draws, astrological correspondences, and ritual suggestions are offered for reflection, inspiration, and entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind, and no reading or product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. By using the Oracle or requesting a reading, you confirm you are 18 or older, or using it with a parent or guardian.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice, though the price at checkout is final. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and we never see or store your card number.

7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site, including copy, artwork, the Oracle engine, blend names, card interpretations, and photography, belongs to us or is licensed to us. Do not reproduce it without written permission. You are welcome to share your Oracle result cards.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site. This includes scraping our readings at scale, attempting to disrupt the Oracle, or putting unlawful content into reading questions. We may rate-limit or suspend access that abuses the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms, and the version live on the site at the time of your order will apply to that order.
